We all have patterns and beliefs that keep us in that ‘stuck’, or blocked, state of being that limits our success and contentment. For most of
us, these

patterns started early in life. In childhood ‘something happens’ which is a trauma or negative experience and as children we decide that it
means something about who we are in relation to the world. It may not be true, but we believe it. A common example: Mom & Dad are getting a
divorce and it must be my fault – ‘I was bad’ or ‘I wasn’t good enough’. Unfortunately, we then proceed through life subconsciously holding
on to that idea about ourselves, never even pausing to wonder if it is true. Often, we do not even realize it is still what we believe about
ourselves!
The beliefs or ideas about ourselves can effectively limit what we think we are capable of accomplishing. With guidance and support, Satu will
help you to reveal those beliefs as well as other patterns or ‘family rules’ that are limiting your potential. Once they are uncovered,
discovering how they came to be and finally working

through them in a supportive and understanding environment are the first steps towards
finding out what really makes you happy and what you are on this earth to do!! Satu found her life’s purpose and she looks forward to
